The Holy Scriptures

The 66 books of the Bible are God’s inspired, inerrant Word and the sole authority for faith and practice, interpreted literally and grammatically. We hold to six-day creation.

God

One God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each worthy of worship. The Father is sovereign over creation, providence, and redemption.

Jesus Christ

Fully God and fully man, born of a virgin. His substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, and ascension accomplish salvation, and He will return.

The Holy Spirit

A divine person who regenerates, indwells, and sanctifies believers and inspired the Scriptures.

Man & Sin

Created in God’s image, fallen through Adam’s sin, and unable to save himself.

Salvation

Wholly by God’s grace: the Father’s election, the Son’s redemption, and the Spirit’s regeneration. Faith and repentance are inseparable. Believers are justified by Christ’s imputed righteousness, grow in sanctification, and are kept secure forever.

The Church

The body and bride of Christ, governed by elders and deacons, practicing believer’s baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper. Local churches are autonomous, and believers pursue holiness and separation from sin and worldliness.

Angels & Satan

Angels are created beings and are not to be worshiped. Satan is a fallen angel and the enemy of God and man, destined for eternal punishment.

Last Things

The Rapture, a seven-year tribulation, Christ’s literal thousand-year reign, the Great White Throne judgment, and the eternal state on a new earth.
